What data do we collect?

EA Eindhoven collects the following data:

  • When you attend one of our events or fellowships and fill in an application form:

    • Which events or fellowships you attend.

    • Your motivation for attending the event or fellowship.

    • The way you learned about the event or fellowship.

    • Ways you have already engaged with EA

  • Your study programme, student number and phase of studies, or your field of work.

  • The way you learned about EA Eindhoven or EA in general.

How do we collect your data?

You directly provide EA Eindhoven with most of the data we collect. We collect data and process data when you:

  • Register online for our newsletter.

  • Register online for one of our events or fellowships.

  • Use or view our website via your browser’s cookies.

How will we use your data?

EA Eindhoven collects your data so that we can:

  • Send you our email newsletter with information about events, fellowships and other opportunities.

  • Evaluate your application to the event or fellowship you signed up for.
